About Me

Well, to be frank, I like to consider myself more of a creator than an artist. I personally think "artist" is too small of word, and ultimately too small of a box to fit myself in. I love to explore and experiment with all types of mediums that my heart desires! I'm the type of person who notices the little things most people walk right past. I'm the type of person who approaches creativity as an ecosystem rather than a profession. I can see the story in all living things. My work should make people feel like they've stepped into another world. My work isn't just meant to be viewed, it's meant to be experienced!

Born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, I grew up as the youngest of three and the only boy in the house. I've always been very shy, introverted, and reflective. But, under that surface layer is a very warm, calm, and imaginative soul. I wasn't your typical kid to voluntarily go outside and play with friends all day, everyday. I had zero interest in playing sports, nor interest in any outside clubs or organizations. I was a certified homebody. But, that's because I always knew where my interests lied...

I grew up in front of the TV, popping in VHS tapes and DVDs, channel surfing through the TV guide, ready to be reeled in by the power of colorful visuals and storytelling. From the early days of Playhouse Disney and Noggin, to my early discovery of WWE, to connecting with Black cinema classics, they all created worlds for me to immerse myself in. Outside of media, I've always been fascinated by the way of the world and what makes people feel what they feel. I don't just absorb information just to collect it, I absorb it to observe and discover patterns of how people connect with the world around them. I like to think that I have an unusually interconnected mind. I think deeply. I feel deeply. Always looking to understand and translate my curiosity into an imaginative experience.

I believe imagination isn't something people lose, it's something we simply forget how to access. I want my work to help you remember that we ALL possess creativity. We ALL possess an imagination. I want my work to remind you that creativity is NOT reserved for "the gifted," in fact, it's a human instinct. And with that, it's how I choose to experience life. It's simply waiting for you to rediscover it! I want my work to inspire you to reconnect with the imaginative version of yourself that you never truly outgrew. I want my work to leave you feeling more curious than when you arrived. I want my work to encourage you to embody multiple things rather than choosing one singular path, if that's what your heart truly desires. Most importantly, I want my work to help you tune into your imagination and imagine louder than ever before!
